If you book a consultation, fill out a form, or contact us by phone, text, email, or social media, we receive what you share — typically your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your home-buying or selling plans. Consultation scheduling is handled by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you found us. These tools use cookies or similar technologies and only load after you interact with the page.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, provide real estate services, improve the website, and measure whether our advertising works. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to serve you: our brokerage (Real Broker, LLC), service providers that run this site and our scheduling/analytics tools, and — with your direction — parties in your transaction such as lenders, builders, inspectors, and title companies. We may also disclose information when required by law.
