PCS to San Antonio, handled
I'm Rami — a 100% disabled Air Force and Army veteran, Military Relocation Professional, and San Antonio realtor. I help military families buy near Lackland, Randolph, and Fort Sam Houston on their orders' timeline — even from the other side of the world.
Which base are you headed to?
Each JBSA installation has its own best-fit neighborhoods. Pick your base for the full local guide.
From orders to keys in 120 days
The timeline that works. Tighter windows are doable — this is the comfortable version.
120 days out — we talk
A free call about your orders, BAH, and wish list. I connect you with a VA-savvy lender for pre-approval and your Certificate of Eligibility.
90 days out — the search
I build your shortlist by base, commute, and schools, then tour homes for you on live video — you see every room, closet, and backyard in real time.
60 days out — offer & contract
We write an offer built to win, I attend the inspection in person, and negotiate repairs and credits on your behalf.
Report date — keys in hand
A 30–45 day close timed to your orders. Can't be here? A JAG-prepared power of attorney lets your designee sign, and I'll hand you the keys when you land.
I'm your eyes on the ground
A huge share of military purchases close before the family ever lands in Texas. Here's how we keep yours safe.
Live video tours
I'm in the house with my camera while you're on the call — every room, every closet, the water heater, the backyard fence. Not a highlight reel.
Inspections you never waive
I attend the inspection in person, walk the inspector's findings with you on video, and negotiate repairs before your option period ends.
JAG-prepared power of attorney
Your base legal office prepares a specific POA free of charge; I coordinate lender approval ahead of closing so signing without you present is a non-event.
Keys when you land
One military couple bought from Maryland — I negotiated $8,000 off, got them a fridge thrown in, and picked their keys up at closing. That's the standard.
2026 San Antonio BAH rates
All four JBSA installations share one housing area, so one table covers Lackland, Randolph, and Fort Sam. BAH counts as qualifying income on a VA loan — and since it's non-taxable, many lenders count it above face value.
| Pay grade | With dependents | Without dependents |
|---|---|---|
| E-5 | $1,869/mo | $1,500/mo |
| E-7 | $2,112/mo | $1,731/mo |

"We're a military couple buying from out of state, and Rami made it his mission to get us the home we wanted. He worked our price down by 8 grand, and even picked up the keys for us after closing."
Rami is really clear and straightforward about the entire process. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He's connected to all of the best communities no matter what part of town you want to be in, found me incentives I didn't even know I'd be qualified for. The entire move-in process was really smooth and he was by my side the entire way. Even after moving in, he reached out to make sure everything is going well.
Rami handled my spur-of-the-moment purchase with incredible ease. He approached each interaction very professionally and really had my best interests in mind. He is knowledgeable, pro-active, and makes himself available — which is so important throughout the home buying experience. I would highly recommend Rami, and my expectations are exceptionally high.
Rami was a very professional realtor and tough negotiator while searching for our home in San Antonio. He worked our price down by 8 grand and even convinced them to throw in a fridge. We are a military couple navigating the buying process all the way from Maryland, and he had no problem bridging the distance for us. He even picked up the keys for us after closing since we weren't in town yet. You can't go wrong with this realtor!
