Most of what's stopping you isn't even true

I only take you to builders who pay your closing costs in full. That's thousands you never have to bring to the table.
Your down payment is smaller than you think
On a lot of homes it lands around 3.5% — and if you've served, it can be $0 down. Most people are shocked how low their real number is.
Less down or a lower payment — your call
There's usually a trade-off: little to nothing down, or a lower monthly payment. I lay both out so you choose what actually fits your life.
